Registration for telemedicine
Would you like to speak to our doctors online? No problem!
We offer online consultations via the Arzt-direkt app.
There you can write us messages, video call us and even get online recipes.
Please note that confirmation can only be made on weekdays from 8:00-12:00 (CET)!
That's how it works:
- Download the arzt-direkt app.
- In the app, select "Connect first practice" and allow access to the camera.
- Scan the practice QR code and receive the connection pin.
- You now have one hour to have the connection pin confirmed by the practice staff. Please send us the pin using the form below.
- After confirmation, you are connected to our practice and can start chatting with us!
If you are not yet a patient with us, please register.

Registration
To use our service, you must become a patient with us. To do this, please fill out our registration form and send it with the subject line "New Registration" and your request to:
